This was made in PSP 9. No outside filters needed. You need, 2 tubes, Pattern - Grain paper 2, I think it comes with psp 9 or X but added it in case it doesn't. Picture frame Window card 04, from psp, included again. Save the pattern to your patterns folder, picture frame to picture frame folder. Supplies Here

Open tubes in workspace

Open a New image 500x400

Materials Palette, set foreground to Pattern Grain paper2

Floodfill with pattern

Click on the greece-01 psp image, edit, copy

On your working image, edit, paste as a new layer.

Position to the right and up slightly, see completed image

In the layers palette change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy

Click on the woman-01 psp image, edit, copy.

On your working image, edit, paste as a new layer

Image, resize 70%, bicubic, all layers unchecked

Move tube to the left, see completed image for position.

In the layers palette change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy

Layers, Merge visible

Image Picture frame, click on Window card 04

Image resize 80%, bicubic, all layers

Text Tool, Create as vector, I used Popsies, size 32, Foreground - null, Background - #75654e

Type text, see completed image for position of text, Objects - Align - Horizontal center in canvas

Layers merge all flatten

If you want a colourised version, Adjust, Hue & Saturation, and choose your colour. This one below is using Hue 140 Saturation 50

And that's it, all done :-)
