Open new transparent image 600x500
In your layer palette -
foreground colour #f1f3ff
background colour #b2b7a0
Click on gradient and make foreground/background gradient
angle 135
repeats 4
Invert - unchecked
Floodfill layer
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise, 30 Gaussian
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur 40
Effects, Texture Effects, Rough Leather, settings below
Effects, Plug Ins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, default settings
Selections, Select all, Modify, Contract by 100
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
2, 2, 100, 8.7, #202020
Repeat drop shadow changing to -2, -2
Select None
Click on floral tube, Edit, copy
On your working image, Edit, paste as a new layer
Image resize 85% all layers unchecked
Move into position, see completed image
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, 2, 2, 40, 8.70, #202020
Layer, Duplicate
Image resize, 150% all layers unchecked, Repeat resize
With your mover tool, move into position, see screenshot below
In the layers palette, lower the opacity to 44, and change the blend mode to Overlay.
Move the layer below the original floral tube
Click on text, Edit, copy
On your working image, Edit, Paste as a new layer
Move into position
Click on the diamond line image
Edit, copy
On the working image, Edit, Paste as a new layer
Move into position
Layers, Duplicate, Image, Flip
Move layer to below the flower layer.
Click on your bottom layer
Selections, Select all, Modify, Contract 20
Effects, 3D effects, Chisel, settings below
Selections Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, 2, 2, 43, 18.84 #202020
Repeat using -2, -2
Select None
Layers, Merge all, flatten
Add border, 2, symmetric, Colour #a9ac9a
Resize if you wish and save as a jpg.
