Open a new transparent image 600x500
In the materials palette -
set your foreground to #8f5c7b
and your background to #b69fa9
Then click on gradient, choose foreground/background in the dropdown menu
Settings -
Angle 135
Repeats 3
Invert unchecked
Floodfill your layer with the gradient
Effects, Texture Effects, Texture, - Fur02
Size 94%
Smoothness 0
Depth 2
Ambience 0
Shininess 0
Angle 315
Intensity 43
Elevation 36
Color White
OK
Click on your tube, edit, copy
On your working image, edit, paste as a new layer.
Layers, Duplicate.
Close the duplicate
Click on your original tube layer
Adjust, Blur, Radial Blur
Settings
Blur Type - Spin
Strength 50
Elliptical - checked
Horizontal Offset 30
Vertical Offset 0
Protect center 0
Click OK
Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance
Effects, Geometric Effects, Skew
Settings -
Skew Direction - Vertical
Skew Angle 45
Edge Mode - Transparent
Ok
Repeat Skew
With the mover tool move to the left until the top left of the skew image reaches the left corner
Layers Duplicate
Image Mirror
Layers, Merge Down
Effects, Texture Effects, Texture, Fur 02 as before
Open the tube layer
Image resize, 70%, Bicubic, all layers unchecked
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow -10, -10, 41, Blur 21.74, Colour #654a5e
Layers, Merge Visible
Image Resize, 85%, bicubic, all layers unchecked
Layers, New raster layer
Arrange, send to bottom
Floodfill with gradient
Effects, Texture Effects, Tiles
Settings -
Tile Shape - Square
Tile Angularity 0
Tile Size 11
Border Size 2
Smoothness 100
Depth 4
Ambience 0
Shininess 0
Angle 315
Intensity 50
Elevation 30
Color White
OK
With your magic wand, Tolerance 0, Mode Add(shift) Match Mode RGB Value
Click in the black tile borders and this will select all the black tile borders
Floodfill with the gradient
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise - Add noise 80% Gaussian, Monochrome checked
3D Effects, Drop Shadow 1, 1, 100, 1, Color #654a5e
Click on your top layer (merged)
Selections, Select all, Float
3D Effects, Cutout
10, 10, 100, 10 color #404040
Repeat using -10, -10
Select None
Layers, Merge Visible
Image, Canvas Size, 650, 550 click on the centre diamond
With the magic wand, click in the transparent space
Floodfill with the gradient
3D Effects, Drop Shadow, same drop shadow as before, repeat using -1, -1
Click on your floral tube, Image resize, 50% bicubic, all layers unchecked
Image, rotate, free rotate, 155, left, free, nothing else checked
Move into position on the top right corner.
Adjust, Sharpness, sharpen more
3D Effects, Drop Shadow, 3, 3, 25, Blur 7.25, colour #654a5e
Layers, duplicate
Image Mirror
With the mover tool, move to the bottom left hand corner
Image, add borders, 2, symmetric, colour #754e56
And that's it, save as a jpg
